Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or exchange:

• Be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with labels attached, and in the original packaging.
• Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

Standard Fees: A non-refundable fee of 150 EGP applies to all returns and refunds. This fee covers shipping, packaging, and restocking costs.

Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for an item of equal value, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
